Through a beautiful blend of yoga, sound healing, nature immersion, breath work, ritual and deep stillness, you'll find the spaciousness needed to reconnect with your core essence.

Suzanna Mannion

Suzanna is the founder of Hearts Alive Yoga, Circles and Retreats; a 500-hr certified yoga teacher, Reiki Master, a mother, photographer, designer, writer, communications professional and certified Somatic and NLP Coach. She values love, creative expression, security and above all else, authentically connecting with others and supporting them on their journey. On a given day,  you can find her adventuring with her young daughter, soaking in hot springs, engaged in continuing education, scheming the next Hearts Alive offering, catching up with a good friend or hiking the local hills with her family. Suzanna is co-host of this retreat with one of her Bay Area besties, Nicole Reyes (as seen at right - YESSS!). Nicole Reyes of Planted Energy

Nicole Reyes

Nicole Reyes is the founder of Planted Energy, a certified professional coach, Reiki Master, sound healer, and breathwork facilitator devoted to helping women return to their truth. She’s certified through iPEC, Gallup Strengths, Pause Breathwork, and Oracle Breathwork, and weaves all of these modalities into trauma-informed, soul-centered healing containers. A mother of three and a lifelong student of embodied transformation, Nicole understands what it means to pour from an empty cup and what it takes to gently refill it. Through one-on-one coaching, sound and energy healing, guided breath journeys, and immersive retreats, she creates space for women to rest their nervous systems, reclaim their intuition, and reconnect inward. Harmony Ridge Lodging 
 

Harmony Ridge Lodge consists of 9 very spacious suites in different configurations with half the suites located upstairs. They are all very close (within a minute's walk) to the spaces we will gather.  

All suites are equipped with the following amenities: 
☕ Coffee maker, 🍽️ Microwave, 🧊 Mini-refrigerator, 💁‍♀️ Hair dryer, ❄️ Air conditioning and 📶 Wi-Fi. Unique details for each suite will be outlined below.  

Options At A Glance:
 

  • GROUP BUYOUTS $5,000 (SUITES: 1, 2, 6 & 9)
    These suites are available for groups of 3 participants, such as a group of friends joining the retreat together. A 4th person can join these rooms for an additional $1,200. Some of these suites may be opened up to individual or shared arrangements if they haven't been yet reserved by those joining as a group. 
     

  • SINGLE OCCUPANCY & SHARED (SUITES 3, 4, 5, 7 & 8)
    These suites are available for single occupancy at a premium rate or sold by the bed type. Prices range $1,500 - $4000 person. These suites are eligible for the $50 per person early bird offer.

Payment Schedule + Cancellation Policy

Payment Options:
 

  1. Pay in full 

  2. Pay 50% deposit at booking time and the balance by March 15, 2026.

  3. Pay $400 deposit at booking time, $400 by February 1 and the balance by March 15, 2026.

  1. 50% refund for cancellations before February 15, 2026.

  2. $0 refund for cancellations after February 16, 2026.
